As previously posted our former rowing coach had to resign due to health. We now have a new coach, who also coaches the CRI boys comp team.
With a new coach comes new styles, new approach, new on-water warm ups, new line ups, new processes (things like where on the river we meet up with him), and a new pre-row exercise circuit.. about 30 minutes of power stretches (holding weights) plus 6 min striaght of ab work... ouch. Then we row.
