Big and BRA

Tonite I got home from work around 10:15pm (yuk). We received two packages-- one was another very nice gift for Baby Jasper, the other, a big 1.5 in thick binder from the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA). The revised proposal for the Charlesview apartment recollection has arrive. As a member of the IAG (community advisory board to the project) I get to read and process it, compare and contrast it with last year's proposal, note questions and concerns, and be prepared to discuss it in upcoming community meetings.
