8:30am and already up, playing with the kids, watching Jasper practice his rolling over (first time was on Thursday!).. a big list of things to do today (mostly fun!):
- Breakfast at the Twin Donut. A regular joint for us. Make invite list for my surprise party on 12/5. Turning 40!!
- Put the lawn furniture away for the season
- Get Garson to 11am gymnastics at the Oak Square YMCA. This term there are only 2-4 kids (all girls) in the class
- Visit the Corrib Pub to see John (owner) and scope out the site for the party. (Lunch?)
- Head to Framingham with Garson and Jasper to hang out with mom, dad and puppy Zoey. For Nov 8, this is great weather-- will be ~60 and sunny. I'm sure we'll take a nice walk in Callahan State Park. In parallel, Jen wants to do a bit of shopping, other house stuff, and she has work-work to catch up on.
- Read a case. I'm pleased to have the opp to see Mike T teach a case on Tuesday. It's about the launching of the Toyota Prius. Of particular interest as we just bought one about 2 months ago.
- Do some work-work. Coming off a crazy week (MBA support mixed with lots of project planning), need to get some things aligned to not get slammed Monday.
- Dinner: Just heat it up since last night I roasted extra chicken, sweet potatoes, eggplant...
- Prep for Monday morning: get rowing gear together (yes, still rowing! Longest season I've had!), Garson's lunch, etc...
- Try to do 10 other things not listed!
Will be interesting to read this at the end of the day to see how it went. And if I'm reading this in 5 years, yes, this is a typical weekend day!
Gotta go! Jasper is done with the bottle and not happy about it! At least Garson is here to help!!
