Last Sunday I made Jasper giggle. His first one ever. He's 3.5 months old now. I'm proud that I hold the title "first giggle inducer" for both of my happy kids. May they both have many more to come!
Jasper's teachers at the children's center describe him as very social, always wanting to talk to people-- real ones and in books. When he sees a face in a book, he gets excited, kicking his legs and "talking" to the book. Hmmm, who does he take after-- very social and talking to inanimate objects?

Yesterday Garson starting wearing a new (to her) sweater: it's a coral colored fine wool button up, made in England, purchased in the Bahamas. Yes, it was Mama's. Garson looks GREAT in it, and its really helped me remember Mama. I can hear her chuckling about how cute Garson is wearing it.

ReplyDeleteso great to hear about giggling jasper! and mama's sweater! i also "heard mama" laughing this morning when sophie carried on a full conversation with piglet, pooh, eyore (sp?) and tigger. they were downstairs in the playroom and she was in her room. at 5:30 am. she yelled to them one at a time several times until they answered. she went through an entire dialogue that lasted about 20 minutes. when i asked them if they wanted to come in to the bed, she said, no they got past mommy, they are downstairs.
